Lionel Messi is an Argentine international who plays as a striker for La Liga club Barcelona and Argentina national team. He started playing football at the age of five with the local club that was coached by his father. In 2000, they moved to Europe at Barcelona where his talents were realized and he moved to Barcelona FC. Messi made a debut for Barcelona in 2004-05 season. Barcelona won the La Liga that season. Messi has won many awards with the club. He won five la liga titles, three champions league titles and Balloon d’Or award. He scored goal against Manchester United in final in both 2009 and 2011. He was awarded FIFA World Player of the year in 2009 and 2010.
